We're looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to work on modern, pipework-driven production lines (mixing, batching & filling). This is a PPM-led environment - not chaos, not stress, not endless callouts. What makes this role different? Planned maintenance focus - not breakdown chasing Clean, process-driven production (not heavy wear & tear kit) Your ideas actually get listened to Strong engineering & H&S culture already in placeWhat you'll be doing: Delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across site Electrical & mechanical fault finding when needed (not constant) Working with Siemens PLCs (fault finding level) Supporting continuous improvement (CI) projects Maintaining high health & safety standardsWhat we want from you: Multi-skilled engineer (electrical or mechanical or multiskilled) Background in FMCG or similar (food, beverage, pharma, chemical) Experience with mixing / filling / process or pipework systems Siemens PLC exposure Proactive mindset - someone who improves things, not just fixes themWhat you'll get: Monday-Friday only NO weekends, NO on-call Minimal overtime (but available if you want it) Stable, organised site with a proper maintenance strategy A role where your voice actually matters Coburg Banks Limited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
