The Opportunity
Our client, a leading organisation within the Facilities Management sector, is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Plumber to join their team on a key commercial contract in Portsmouth. This role offers long-term stability, strong earning potential, and the chance to work with a highly respected FM provider.
Key Responsibilities
*
Deliver planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across static site in Portsmouth
*
Diagnose and repair faults on a variety of plumbing systems
*
Support the wider maintenance team when required
*
Participate in the 1-in-5 call-out rota
*
Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with compliance standards
What You’ll Need
*
Level 2 Plumbing qualification (essential)
*
Experience within commercial or FM environments is beneficial
*
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
*
Full UK driving licence if required for call out
What’s On Offer
*
£37,000 base salary
*
Overtime available to increase earnings
*
£75 per week call-out payment
*
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Training and development opportunities with a major FM organisation
