Description The key responsibilities: Carry out planned and reactive maintenance of plumbing systems within the organisation's facilities. Diagnose and repair faults in plumbing installations and associated systems. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing duties. Collaborate with other maintenance staff to address building service issues. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities. Order and manage stock levels of plumbing materials and equipment as needed. Respond promptly to emergencies to minimise disruption to operations. Provide advice and guidance on plumbing systems to other departments as required.Profile A successful Maintenance Plumber should have: Relevant plumbing qualifications, such as NVQ Level 2 or equivalent. Experience in maintaining and repairing plumbing systems in a professional environment. Knowledge of health and safety practices in the property industry. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A commitment to maintaining high standards in all tasks.Job Offer A competitive salary of approximately £34,000 to £41,000 per annum, depending on experience.
