Apply NowAre you a qualified maintenance plumber (level 2 or level 3 is essential) available for an immediate start? We have a new interim position, with the potential to go permanent, for a qualified maintenance plumber to join a client side estates team in a University in central London.
You will be paid hourly at a rate of £24p/h (Umbrella rate) and be working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday - 8-4. You will be working in a team of friendly engineers and based on the University campus in Bloomsbury.
In this maintenance plumbing role you will be responsible for:
Reactive maintenance plumbing issues
Minor repairs
PPMs
Mechanical plant room maintenance including AHU/FCU
L8
For this temporary maintenance plumbing role we are looking for:
Level 2 or Level 3 City and Guilds or NVQ
Commercial building services maintenance experience (this is essential)
Experience of AHU/FCU
Immediately available for work
