Maintenance Technician
The Role
* Carrying out maintenance, fault finding, breakdown repairs and installation work on process plant equipment including pumps, vessels, agitators and similar machinery.
* Supporting preventative maintenance activities and continuous improvement across the site.
* Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues to minimise downtime.
* Maintaining accurate maintenance records through CMMS/PMS systems.
* Supporting equipment upgrades, installations and contractor activities when required.
About You
* Experience maintaining industrial process plant or manufacturing equipment.
* Strong mechanical maintenance and fault-finding skills.
* Experience working with rotating equipment such as pumps, motors, agitators or similar.
* A recognised engineering qualification/apprenticeship or equivalent hands-on experience.
* A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work safely and independently.
Further Details
* This role will initially operate on a continuous backshift pattern (2pm – 10pm), moving to a days and backs shift pattern as the site continues to grow.
* Salary starting from £40,000 depending on experience
