M&E Engineer London Bridge, London Up to £50,000 per year Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 Static Site – Prestigious Law Firm We are seeking a reliable, hands-on M&E Engineer to join a high-profile static site in London Bridge. This is a single-man site role within a prestigious law firm environment, so we’re looking for someone technically strong, personable, and confident dealing directly with the client. The Role * Responsible for all Mechanical & Electrical maintenance on site * Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive works * First point of contact for on-site technical issues * Liaising directly with the client in a professional manner * Working closely with the on-site Facilities Manager and Contract Support team * Ensuring compliance, safety, and high service standards at all times What We’re Looking For * Qualified M&E Engineer (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent) * Strong all-round building services knowledge * Comfortable working independently on a single-man site * Professional, client-facing, and confident communicator * Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused * Someone dependable, personable, and easy to get along with What’s On Offer * Salary up to £50,000 * Monday–Friday schedule (08:00–17:00) – no shifts * 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays * Subsidised on-site canteen * Stable, long-term static site * Supportive on-site team environment This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced M&E Engineer looking for stability, autonomy, and a professional client-facing environment in a prime London location.
