M&E Project Manager – Commercial Building Services Liverpool £60,000 – £70,000 + Package Urgent Requirement We are urgently recruiting for an experienced M&E Project Manager to join a well-established building services subcontractor delivering commercial projects across Liverpool and the North West. This role will suit someone with a strong background working for an M&E subcontractor, confident managing packages on commercial schemes from pre-construction through to handover. The Role: * Managing mechanical and electrical packages on commercial projects * Working closely with main contractors and clients * Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and specialist suppliers * Managing programme, procurement, budgets, and variations * Overseeing technical submissions and ensuring compliance * Ensuring H&S standards are maintained throughout delivery Requirements: * Proven experience working for an M&E subcontractor * Strong technical knowledge across mechanical and electrical services * Experience delivering commercial projects (offices, retail, mixed-use etc.) * Ability to manage multiple packages and fast-track programmes * Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge * Relevant Building Services / Engineering qualifications preferred Package: * £60,000 – £70,000 DOE * Competitive benefits * Strong pipeline of secured work * Immediate start available If you're an experienced M&E Project Manager in the Liverpool area looking for your next move, apply now for immediate consideration
