M&E Site Supervisor

Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Site Supervisor 📍 Dartford, Kent 📅 May 2026 – October 2026 (approx.) 💰 £300 per day A well-established building services contractor is seeking an experienced M&E Site Supervisor to oversee the installation of mechanical and electrical services on a major construction project in Dartford. The development consists of three new-build warehouse units, and the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring quality delivery, health & safety compliance, and project progress throughout the construction programme. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced supervisor to join a large-scale commercial project on a contract basis. Key Responsibilities * Managing site inductions and supervising subcontractors to ensure compliance with risk assessments and method statements * Carrying out and recording equipment safety checks * Delivering daily Toolbox Talks to reinforce health and safety standards * Monitoring project progress against programme schedules * Ensuring installations meet contract drawings and technical specifications * Conducting and documenting quality inspections * Providing regular progress updates to project management teams * Maintaining daily communication with the main contractor Requirements The successful candidate should have: * Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems * SMSTS or SSSTS certification * CSCS Gold Card (or higher) * Telehandler licence * Experience using the Dalux system * Experience working on commercial construction projects * Good communication and coordination skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) ✅ Contract Role ✅ Competitive Day Rate ✅ Immediate involvement in a large commercial development If you are an experienced M&E Site Supervisor available for a contract role starting May 2026, we would like to hear from you
