Management Accountant

RECfinancial is partnering with a large privately owned business, Management Accountant to be based at their Leicester site. The role is commutable from all areas of Leicester / Leicestershire, Nottingham, Derby, Coventry, and Warwickshire.  Reporting to the Financial Controller, this is an exciting Management Accountant role that will see you involved in preparation of monthly management, balance sheet reconciliations, P&L variance analysis, cashflow forecasting, fixed assets and financial analysis.  The role also has some commercial exposure to working with non-finance managers, carrying out post month end, P&L reviews. Guiding them to make well informed decisions based on financial performance. The role also includes financial analysis, looking at sales and business performance. The client is looking for a candidate who is studying for CIMA or ACCA qualification at minimum part-qualified. The ideal candidate may be working in an assistant accountant, management accountant, or finance analyst role.  The business has a reputation of being a great employer with a positive working culture.  The role has a salary range of between £33,000 - £36,000 and offers full study support
