Manufacturing Assistant

Manufacturing Assistant Salary: £28,573 per annum Location: SW18, London Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm (45 hours per week) Pin Point Recruitment is working with a well-established manufacturing business. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and reliable Manufacturing Assistant to join a friendly and supportive production team within a clean, well-organised environment. You will support daily production activities including assembly work, moulding tasks, tooling setup, quality checks and general operational support. This role is suited to someone hands-on, detail-oriented and eager to contribute to smooth and efficient production. Key Responsibilities * Process a variety of moulded parts and components * Set up and load tooling onto manufacturing machinery * Assemble products with precision — experience fitting connectors or small parts is essential * Support fulfilment of production orders * Read and follow production instructions accurately * Assist with quality checks and inspection tasks * Support stock and inventory management * Maintain product standards by following all procedures * Work with other departments to support production requirements * Contribute to efficient day-to-day manufacturing operations * Assist with problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives * Keep work areas clean and well-organised * Follow all Health & Safety and environmental guidelines * Carry out reasonable ad hoc tasks as requested by the Production Manager Skills & Experience * Strong commitment to safety, quality and productivity * Able to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent attention to detail * Flexible and able to move between tasks when needed * Reliable with strong time-keeping skills Benefits * On-site parking * Company pension * Sick pay * Casual dress * Private medical insurance * Cycle to Work Scheme * Company events * Access to employee benefits platform * Equal Opportunities Employee
