What you’ll be doing
Establishing and scaling in‑house production processes from scratch
Ensuring compliance across manufacturing activities, including audits and regulatory requirements
Working closely with suppliers to build and optimise a robust supply chain
Identifying, onboarding, and managing new suppliers as the company scales
Collaborating with R&D teams to translate innovative designs into efficient, repeatable manufacturing
Driving continuous improvement across quality, cost, and delivery
What they’re looking for
A manufacturing engineer with experience setting up or improving production environments
Strong understanding of compliance, quality systems, and audit processes
Confident communicator who can work with suppliers and internal teams
