Are you a degree-qualified Manufacturing Engineer who has led health & safety improvement projects within a manufacturing environment?

We are working with a well-established engineering manufacturer in Northampton that is continuing to strengthen its safety culture across site. * Supporting incident and near-miss investigations, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions

* Working closely with EHS, production and engineering teams to embed best practice

* Driving continuous improvement initiatives with a strong focus on risk reduction and compliance

What we are looking for:

* Degree-qualified in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing or similar)

* Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer within a manufacturing or engineering environment

* Demonstrable experience leading or supporting health & safety improvement projects

* Strong understanding of COSHH, risk assessments, safe systems of work and incident investigation

* Ability to influence across production, engineering and leadership teams

* A practical, hands-on approach to solving safety and process challenges
