Manufacturing Engineer Milton Keynes Up to £43500 Mon–Thurs 8–5 | Fri 8–4 We are currently looking to hire a manufacturing engineer for our client who develop motors and inverters for specialist electric powertrain applications including top-level motorsport and hybrid hypercars. This role is ideal for someone with 2–5 years’ manufacturing engineering experience who wants to develop their skills in a structured production environment. You’ll work closely with production and engineering teams to improve manufacturing processes, solve problems, and support new product introduction. What You'll Be Doing * Improving and developing manufacturing processes * Supporting production and NPI (New Product Introduction) * Identifying process improvements and efficiencies * Supporting PFMEA, PPAP and process documentation * Troubleshooting production issues and implementing solutions * Working closely with production teams to optimise workflow What They’re Looking For * 2–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing engineering role * Good understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery * A structured, process-driven approach to problem solving * Experience in electro-mechanical assembly, motor manufacturing, or similar is beneficial * Ideally apprentice trained or HNC / HND / Degree qualified Why This Role? * Join a stable and well-established manufacturer * Opportunity to develop your engineering career * Work in a hands-on environment with real process ownership If your a manufacturing engineer looking or your next opportunity then please apply now
