Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operator to join our team at a manufacturing facility.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a long-term position with opportunities to develop additional skills and progress into a multi-skilled manufacturing role. Full in house training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
*
* Operate, set up, adjust, and clean manufacturing machinery.
* Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality and specification requirements.
* Follow GMP procedures and maintain accurate production records and documentation.
* Perform basic machinery maintenance and report faults or production issues to the line manager.
* Maintain a clean, tidy, and audit ready working environment.
* Follow all Health & Safety, hygiene, and product safety procedures.
* Handle ingredients and machine components weighing up to 25 kg.
Skills and Experience
*
* A proactive and dependable approach to work.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* Basic numeracy and a good understanding of written English.
* Willingness to learn new skills and operate different types of machinery.
* Previous manufacturing, production, cleanroom, or GMP experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
Full in-house training will be provided.
