Manufacturing Operator - Shift Role

Location: Perth (On-site)
Pay Rate: £16.15 per hour (inclusive of 20% shift allowance)
Contract: Full-time, 9-month fixed term
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (06:00-14:30 / 13:30-22:00)
Start Date: Immediate

We are currently recruiting Manufacturing Operators on behalf of a well-established and fast-paced production environment based in Perth.

What You'll Be Doing

Operating machinery and supporting production line activities
Following SOPs and work instructions to ensure consistent quality
Handling, filling, sealing and labelling products
Carrying out quality checks throughout the production process
Completing production documentation accurately
Preparing products for packaging and dispatch
Maintaining a clean, safe and compliant working environment

What We're Looking For

Experience in manufacturing, production or a similar role (desirable)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
A team player with good communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Basic IT skills (Word/Excel)
Reliable, proactive and adaptable approach
