Job Description
Take end-to-end ownership of customer manufacturing programmes, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Act as the main operational point of contact for a key customer, managing relationships, expectations and regular programme reviews.
Coordinate activities across Engineering, Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality and Logistics to ensure the smooth delivery of manufacturing programmes.
Monitor production schedules, materials availability, work-in-progress and delivery performance, proactively identifying and resolving operational challenges.
Drive continuous improvement, cost control and quality initiatives, ensuring manufacturing efficiency and customer satisfaction remain at the forefront.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Project management experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, materials management and quality assurance.
Experience using ERP/MRP systems to manage production orders, manufacturing schedules and work-in-progress.
Excellent customer relationship management, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive accountability.
