We are looking to recruit an experienced Manufacturing / Production Supervsior. The successful candidate will be responsible for take a hands-on leadership role within the workshop, ensuring the efficient build and preparation of equipment.
Package:
Salary £35,000 - £40,000 (DOE)
25 days holiday + bank holidays

Early finish FridaysManufacturing Supervisor - Responsibilities:
Actively participate in daily duties including assembly, rework and testing of equipment
Supervise and support engineers on a day-to-day basis, providing hands-on guidance and technical support
Support with workload prioritisation, coordination, and planning of upcoming projects
Maintain strict adherence to health & safety procedures across all workshop activities
Carry out and oversee quality inspections and checks
Coordinate effectively with engineering, service, and production teams to meet deadlines
Attend production meetings, providing clear updates on project status, progress, and potential delays
Contribute to continuous improvement through product and process feedbackManufacturing Supervisor - Requirements:
Time-served engineer or qualified to HNC/HND
Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Strong experience in mechanical and/or electro-mechanical assembly
