Hours: Monday to Thursday 07:15 to 16:00, Friday 07:15 to 15:00
The Role
Hands-on role leading a fabrication team on the shop floor.
Lead welders and fabricators
Read and interpret engineering drawings
Plan jobs, labour and materials
Estimate build times
Support quality and production
Maintain health and safety standardsAbout You
Background in fabrication and welding
Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Senior Fabricator
Confident reading engineering drawings
Experience with time studies or estimating
Strong knowledge of welding processes and materialsThe Company
