The Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll join a talented and collaborative client services team, taking ownership of a portfolio of clients and delivering a consultative, strategy-led approach across a variety of marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and nurture a portfolio of client accounts, building strong, long-term relationships
* Act as a trusted advisor, developing a deep understanding of clients’ industries, challenges, and objectives
* Lead on campaign planning and execution, ensuring clear communication between clients and internal teams
* Work closely with creative, digital, and delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
* Oversee budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure commercial success and client satisfaction
* Contribute to a positive team culture, collaborating with colleagues across the agency
About You
* Proven experience in an account management or client-facing marketing role, ideally within an agency environment
* Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, content, branding, PR, and social media
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
* Confident communicator, able to build relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders
* Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets and delivering value for clients
* Hands-on approach with the ability to contribute to campaign delivery when needed
