Marketing Creative Lead – Farringdon £40,000–£45,000 | Full-time | On-site Join a leading construction company as its Marketing Creative Lead and take charge of a major company-wide rebrand. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll own the brand’s visual identity and elevate the creative output across every channel. Fully on-site in Farringdon, Monday–Friday. What You’ll Do Lead and deliver a full visual rebrand across digital, print and physical spaces Own the brand identity and ensure consistency across all touchpoint Run creative audits and brand workshops to shape tone, positioning and direction Build brand guidelines and a centralised digital asset library Manage agencies, freelancers and creative partners Design standout marketing materials—brochures, social assets, signage, presentations and more Oversee website and social visuals, supporting UX and design improvements Curate photography, video and all visual assets Review and approve creative output to maintain high standards Juggle multiple projects while keeping quality, timelines and budgets on track What You’ll Bring Experience in a creative or brand-led marketing role A strong portfolio showcasing brand identity and multi-channel design Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills A sharp visual eye and exceptional attention to detail Experience leading creative projects, including rebrands Ability to work across varied design styles and formats Strong organisational skills and confidence managing multiple priorities
