Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday

What You'll Do: As a Marketing Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in building and improving marketing campaigns that not only generate leads but also enhance performance and support company growth. You'll work closely with the founder and take ownership of your projects. Here's what you can expect:
Create & Improve: Develop landing pages, lead magnets, and sales funnels that convert!
Manage Campaigns: Oversee advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube
Monitor Performance: Analyse campaign performance daily and report on key metrics (cost per lead, conversions, overall performance)
Optimise & Test: Run split tests on ads, audiences, and landing pages to find what works best
Collaboration is Key: Work alongside sales and design teams to ensure alignment with company goals
Drive Engagement: Enhance registrations and attendance for live events and webinars
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Launch and optimise paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube
Analyse data and adjust campaigns in real-time for maximum impact
Conduct ongoing split tests to enhance creatives, audiences, and funnels
Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with designers on creative assets
Build and refine landing pages and funnel journeys
Track KPIs daily and identify opportunities for scaling or improvement
Report on campaign performance and key metrics for the team
Your Skills & Experience:
Hands-on experience running paid ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) with working knowledge of Google and YouTube
Experience in building and improving landing pages and basic funnel journeys (including email follow-up)
Ability to analyse performance and make quick, informed decisions
Strong copywriting skills for adverts and landing pages that capture attention
