The Role as a Maths Teacher:
Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4
Adapt teaching strategies to meet a wide range of learning needs
Support students in overcoming barriers to learning
Use creative and practical approaches to increase engagement in Maths
Monitor progress and provide feedback in line with school expectations
Work collaboratively with support staff and external agencies
The Ideal Candidate:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4
Strong behaviour management skills and resilience
Experience working with SEMH, Alternative Provision, or challenging behaviour (desirable)
Ability to build positive relationships and inspire learners
A flexible and proactive approach to teaching
