Apply NowWe are currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher to join a secondary school in Leicester.
This is a full-time, permanent position starting in September 2026. The school is looking for a teacher who can deliver engaging and high-quality Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to teach Key Stage 5 for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons in line with the national curriculum
* Teach across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing clear feedback
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Support students of varying abilities, including those with additional needs
* Contribute to departmental planning and school development
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* PGCE or relevant teaching qualification
* Experience teaching Maths in a UK secondary school
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* Ability to inspire and motivate students
Desirable:
* Experience teaching KS5 / A-Level Maths
* Experience working in diverse or challenging school environments
