* Be responsible for delivering a variety of project work on our customer sites.
* Have full accountability and responsibility for managing and delivery of project works.
* End-to-end contract delivery
* Production of pre-construction information
* Health & Safety management and compliance
* Subcontractor selection and management
* Technical submissions
* Programme development and coordination
* Progress reporting to senior management
* Line management of a Site Manager
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a Mechanical Contract Manager (or similar) role
* Strong understanding of M&E projects
* Experience working for a principal contractor
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
