Mechanical Design Manager

Mechanical Design Manager Salary: to £85,000+ Package (Travel Allowance, 25 Days Holiday, Healthcare & More) Our client is a Central London based quality led Design & Build contractor specialising in commercial Cat A & Cat B fit‑out projects across London. They are looking to employ a Mechanical Design Manager to play a key role in their business. You will be overseeing one junior member of staff. You’ll oversee mechanical design across a range of commercial D&B fit‑out schemes, Leading mechanical design activity from concept to delivery Package; £85,000+ Salary, Travel allowance, Healthcare, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, twice yearly bonus, Career support and development with anticipated longer term progression to Head of Design / Technical Director role. We are looking for; Strong experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer or Manager within Building Services Engineering, knowledge of Design in commercial fit‑out (Cat A/Cat B) or similar environments, D&B experience on mechanical systems, Confidence working directly with clients and internal teams, a desire to lead, mentor a more junior member of staff and add value to a successful growing business
