Mechanical Engineer

Static & Foot Mobile Engineers Overview We are currently recruiting for multiple Mechanically Biased Static and Foot Mobile Engineers to support ongoing works across sites primarily located within W1, London. This role is suited to experienced engineers who are confident working independently and delivering both planned and reactive maintenance. Salary & Benefits * Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum * Overtime: 4 hours per week paid at time and a half (planned, reactive, and weekend works) * On-Call: Approximately 1 week in every 6 * Additional overtime opportunities available depending on operational needs Key Responsibilities * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive mechanical works * Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and safely * Work across static sites and foot-mobile locations within the W1 area * Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and company procedures * Maintain accurate job records and communicate effectively with the wider team Essential Experience * Minimum 5+ years’ experience working in an independent engineering role * Strong mechanical bias with proven experience in building services environments * Ability to manage workload autonomously and prioritise tasks effectively Qualifications (Minimum Requirement) Candidates must hold at least one of the following: * NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing, or * NVQ Level 2 in Heating & Ventilation, or * F-Gas Certification Location * Works are primarily based within W1, London * Role involves a mix of static site work and foot-mobile engineering duties
