The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a static site in Fulham.
This is a standalone role, ideal for a self-sufficient engineer with a strong plumbing/mechanical background, responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a high-end residential environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
* Maintain and repair mechanical and plumbing systems
* Fault finding across plant and building systems
* Minor pipefitting and pipework modifications/replacements
* Ensure all works are completed in line with health & safety standards
* Manage workload independently on a single-man site
* Maintain high standards within a residential environment
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Mechanical Engineer / Plumber
* NVQ Level 2 Plumbing (essential) – Level 3 desirable
* Strong maintenance background (essential – not an installation role)
* Experience with plumbing, drainage, and mechanical systems
* Ability to work independently and manage own workload
* Good communication and professional approach
What’s Included
* Salary: £50,000
* Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
* Probation Period: 6 months
