Location: Nottinghamshire-based, with projects across West/East Midlands
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 (DOE)
We currently have an opportunity to join a client of ours, a growing M&E contractor based in Nottinghamshire who have been operating for over 15 years and specialise in full M&E installation and refurbishment projects valued at up to £3m across the Midlands.
Mechanical Estimator Job Overview
Analysing site drawings for HVAC & Mechanical engineering projects with values ranging between £1m and £3m
Working alongside project managers and subcontractors to gather pricing and material costs
Completing comprehensive cost estimates
Liaising with the wider team to review and submit tender documents to clients
Working with a range of clients including care homes, offices, student accommodation, hotels, and community/leisure facilities
Mechanical Estimator Job Requirements
Experienced in estimating multiple projects across the HVAC sector
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of commercial plumbing, air conditioning, ventilation, and heating systems
Previous on-site technical experience is highly desirable but not essential
Full UK driving licence
Based within a commutable distance of Nottingham
Mechanical Estimator Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 (DOE)
Car allowance provided
Profit share scheme (additional OTE of between £5k and £15k per annum)
33 days holiday, including bank holidays
