A well-established and growing mechanical contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join their commercial team. The business has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality mechanical packages across commercial construction projects, typically valued £5m+, working with a strong portfolio of high-end clients and repeat business. The Role Preparing detailed mechanical estimates and cost plans for commercial construction projects Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation Producing accurate take-offs and pricing mechanical packages Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations Working closely with the commercial and project teams throughout the tender process Requirements Proven experience estimating mechanical packages within the construction sector Strong understanding of commercial project delivery Ability to review technical drawings and specifications Experience pricing projects £5m+ in value is desirable Strong communication and organisational skills If you are an experienced Mechanical Estimator looking to join a growing contractor with an excellent reputation, please apply or contact Emily for a confidential discussion
