We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join the on-site engineering team at a prestigious corporate banking building near Liverpool Street Station.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional, stable site within a close-knit team of 4 engineers, working within a high-quality corporate environment in the heart of the City.
The Role
* Carry out planned preventative and reactive mechanical maintenance
* Diagnose and rectify mechanical faults across the building
* Maintain HVAC, heating, cooling, pumps and associated mechanical services
* Respond to reactive maintenance issues and breakdowns
* Complete maintenance records and relevant paperwork
* Work closely with the engineering team and client
* Ensure all works are completed safely and in line with site procedures
Working Hours
* Monday–Friday Rotating shifts:
* 7am–4pm & 10am–7pm
* 1 in 4 call-out rota
* £100 standby payment when on call

We're looking for a qualified and experienced Mechanical Engineer with a background in commercial buildings, facilities management or building services.
You should be technically strong, reliable and comfortable working within a professional, client-facing corporate environment.
