Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Job Title: Mechanical / AHU Engineer Location: Slough Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical / AHU Engineer to join a specialist engineering team operating across two large studio buildings in Slough. The site consists of major production studios with approximately 200 Air Handling Units requiring regular servicing, maintenance and repair. This is a static role across two neighbouring buildings, offering stability and a structured working week. The Role: • Servicing, maintaining and repairing a large portfolio of AHUs. • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive mechanical works. • Fault finding across motors, belts, bearings, filters, dampers and associated plant. • Ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with site compliance procedures. • Working alongside a Mechanical/AHU Mate to complete daily tasks efficiently. Package: • £40,000 – £45,000 basic salary • Company vehicle provided (Engineer role) • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays • Monday to Friday schedule – 40 hours per week • Stable, long-term contract within a unique studio environment Requirements: • Strong mechanical background with experience working on AHUs. • Experience within commercial or large-scale building environments. • Ability to fault find and work independently. • Full UK driving licence (vehicle provided).
