Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – Knightsbridge Location: Knightsbridge, London Hours: Monday to Friday – Split Days (7:00am–4:00pm / 9:00am–6:00pm) Salary: £46,000 + Plenty of Overtime Available We are currently seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a professional on-site maintenance team at a prestigious property in Knightsbridge. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking for a stable Monday–Friday role with strong earning potential through overtime. Key Responsibilities Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on mechanical building services. Maintaining systems such as pumps, motors, valves, pipework, plumbing systems, and plant equipment. Fault finding and repairing mechanical and plumbing systems. Supporting the wider engineering team to ensure the smooth operation of the building. Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations and site procedures. Accurately completing maintenance logs and documentation.Requirements Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing, or a related trade. Previous experience working in building services maintenance (commercial or high-end residential preferred). Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of mechanical plant and plumbing systems.
