A well-established college in West Cumbria is seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join their team as a Mechanical Engineering Maintenance Lecturer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to move into teaching-no prior teaching experience is required. If you have industry knowledge and a desire to inspire the next generation of engineers, full teacher training and qualifications will be provided. The Role: You will deliver engaging and practical learning to a diverse group of students, including full-time learners and apprentices. Teaching will take place across both workshop environments and classroom-based theory sessions, helping students develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the engineering sector.
