Mechanical Project Manager - HVAC / Mechanical Location: M8, Central Belt corridor Base: Glasgow Salary: Competitive salary depending on experience, plus car allowance £7,800 The role: We’re recruiting a Mechanical Project Manager to lead delivery of HVAC / mechanical projects across commercial premises (managing agents, retail, offices). This is not a building-site/construction site environment — you’ll be managing live environments and coordinating subcontractors to deliver safely on time and on budget. What you’ll be doing: * Manage multiple mechanical/HVAC projects across the Central Belt (often running concurrently) * Coordinate subcontractors, materials, programmes, RAMS and site activity * Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and H&S best practice * Oversee quality, progress, client communication and handover * Track costs and reporting (projects typically up to £750k) What we’re looking for: * 5+ years’ experience in a Project Manager role within Mechanical / HVAC * Strong knowledge across full HVAC spectrum (AC, ventilation, heating) * Confident managing multiple subcontractors and multiple live projects * Mechanical trade qualifications essential * CSCS / SMSTS not required but advantageous * Familiarity with project/technical software (e.g., AutoCAD/BIM) advantageous * Full UK driving licence Package: * Car allowance: £7,800 * Standard company benefits (details will shared at interview) * No bonus Apply: To apply send your CV / message to Paul Davidson @PDA SEARCH & SELECTION
