Apply NowMarble Talent Group are seeking a motivated and capable Mechanical Project Manager to join our clients growing team. This is a permanent position based in or near Birmingham, working on a diverse portfolio of projects across the UK, including retail, leisure, healthcare, office developments, and commercial premises.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage mechanical projects from inception through to completion
* Undertake design and estimation of mechanical building services systems
* Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, cost, and time objectives are met
* Liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Report regularly on project progress to Directors
* Coordinate and manage multiple projects nationwide
* Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and company procedures
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
* Qualification to ONC/HNC level in Building Services (or equivalent)
* Proficiency in AutoCAD
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage workload independently and proactively
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Willingness to travel across the UK as required
Desirable:
* Experience in sectors such as retail, healthcare, leisure, or commercial developments
* Previous experience in both design and project management
* Strong commercial awareness and project costing experience
Personal Attributes
* Self-motivated and organised
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Professional and confident when dealing with stakeholders
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
