Oversee and coordinate mechanical installation of AC fan coil units in occupied properties, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
Produce shift reports
Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Proven experience as a Site Manager specialising in mechanical projects, with relevant qualifications.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strong understanding of health & safety regulations.
Relevant certifications Managers CSCS + SMSTS, and proficiency with site management tools.
Shift rate - £400 - £425
