Apply NowWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a 10 Storey Commercial CAT A/ B Fit Out Project in Holborn which is full Mechanical but require experience with VRF and Ductwork
Our client a large M&E contractor in London who specialise in fit out projects throughout the UK have won a new project and we are looking for the Mechanical Supervisor to start asap.
The Role:
* Supervising all mechanical installations across a 10-storey commercial project.
* Supervisor Full Mechanical Package mainly VRF and Dutwork
* Managing mechanical subcontractors
* Tool Box talks
* Health & Safety
* Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard.
* Coordinating with the site management team and other trades.
* Carrying out quality inspections and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
* Attending site meetings and reporting on progress.
Essential Experience:
* Strong background in VRF and ductwork Installations .
* Experience supervising full mechanical packages including HVAC, pipework, ventilation, and associated plant.
* Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* SSSTS/SMSTS preferred.
* Valid CSCS card.
