The Role

As a Service Support Supervisor, you'll take ownership of service operations-maximising engine availability, supporting engineers, and ensuring work is delivered efficiently, safely, and profitably.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead & coordinate service engineers and contractors
Plan & schedule maintenance to meet manufacturer standards
Support fault finding (remote & on-site)
Drive performance across service contracts and jobs
Manage costs while maintaining high service quality
Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
Keep customers satisfied with reliable, cost-effective service
What You Bring
2+ years supervisory experience
Strong background in mechanical/electrical engineering
Experience with gas/diesel engines
Confident problem solver with good decision-making skills
Solid IT skills (Microsoft Office)
Full UK driving licence
Nice to Have
Gas Safe qualification
Health & Safety certification (e.g. CSCS)
