Mechanical Supervisor We’re hiring for a Mechanical Supervisor to join the engineering team supporting a portfolio of high-end commercial properties in Central London. The Mechanical Supervisor will play a key role in overseeing the delivery of mechanical building services maintenance while acting as a key point of contact for the client on site and ensure service delivery meets agreed KPIs. Responsibilities for a Mechanical Supervisor * Supervising engineers delivering mechanical building services maintenance * Ensuring planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works are completed to a high standard * Acting as a key point of contact for the client and maintaining strong working relationships * Monitoring service delivery to ensure KPIs and contractual requirements are achieved * Coordinating subcontractors and specialist contractors on site * Supporting compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations Requirements * Strong mechanical building services maintenance background * Experience working as a Mechanical Supervisor or Mechanical Lead Engineer * Experience managing engineers or subcontractors * Mechanical/Plumbing/HVAC qualifications (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent) What’s On Offer for a Mechanical Supervisor * Salary up to £58,000 * Working across a prestigious Central London commercial estate * Progression plan and training included to further career
