Mechanical Supervisor Westminster £50,000 - £52,000 We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Supervisor to join a leading building services provider supporting a prestigious local authority contract in Westminster. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced mechanical professional looking to take the next step into a supervisory role, overseeing engineers across a varied portfolio of buildings while remaining technically involved. The successful candidate will split their time between supervisory responsibilities and hands-on technical support, ensuring high standards of maintenance and service delivery across approximately 35 buildings within the contract. Duties & Responsibilities Supervise and support a team of 5-6 Engineers across multiple sites Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across the portfolio Ensure planned and reactive maintenance is delivered effectively across the portfolio Provide technical support and guidance to engineers when required Manage and update tasks through CAFM systems Prepare quotes, order materials, and manage job planning Ensure works are completed in line with contractual requirements and safety standards Maintain a methodical approach to maintenance planning and reporting Participate in the call-out rota (1 in 5) Requirements Mechanical Qualification - Min Level 2 Strong mechanical building services background Previous supervisory or team leadership experience Experience working across multi-site commercial or public sector portfolios Comfortable using CAFM systems for job management and reporting Organised, methodical, and technically strong Ability to manage engineers while also providing hands-on support when required Package Salary: £50,000 - £52,000 Company vehicle + Fuel Card provided Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Call-out rota: 1 in 5 (£140 standby payment) Opportunity to join a well-established building services provider delivering a high-profile contract If you are an experienced Mechanical Supervisor or Senior Mechanical Engineer looking for a new opportunity within a stable and well-respected organisation, we would like to hear from you
