Mechanical Supervisor

We are looking for a Mechanical Supervisor to join the team of an established company in the London (Tooting) area. This role is offering a temporary, static position and the opportunity to gain experience within a reputable and recognised facilities management company. Mechanical Supervisor Monday to Friday / 40 hours Temporary Tooting £25–27ph As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will be: * Managing and supervising a team of 5 mechanical engineers * Ensuring all PPM works are completed to schedule * Assisting engineers with planned and reactive maintenance * Overseeing the health & safety of engineers on site * Carrying out and supporting fault finding and troubleshooting * Responsible for reactive and breakdown repairs * Overseeing maintenance of heavy plant, chillers and steam systems * Liaising with site management and ensuring compliance standards are met To be successful as a Mechanical Supervisor, you will need: * BOAS qualification (ideal but not essential) * NVQ Level 3 minimum in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) * Proven experience managing or supervising engineering teams * Strong mechanical background within FM / commercial environments * Experience with heavy plant, chillers, and steam * Good understanding of health & safety procedures * Experience assisting with and managing PPM works If this role is of interest, please apply directly to this advert
