MEICA Lead

Our client, a leading player in the water sector, is currently seeking a MEICA Lead to join their team on a contract basis (INSIDE IR35 Only). This role involves working on multiple Thames Water AMP8 projects across the south west side of the framework. Key Responsibilities: Leading the delivery of MEICA (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control, and Automation) projects in alignment with Thames Water AMP8 objectives Overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical, electrical, and process engineering tasks Ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project requirements Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues Providing technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle Maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to ensure project success Job Requirements: Strong background in MEICA (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control, and Automation) Experience in the water sector, particularly with Thames Water projects Proficient in process, mechanical, and electrical engineering Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple sites Thorough understanding of IR35 and its implications for contract work Strong leadership and team coordination abilities Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills Relevant engineering qualification or equivalent experienceIf you have a solid background in MEICA and are eager to contribute to essential projects in the water sector, we encourage you to apply now.
