We’re recruiting for a Suit Specialist to join a British heritage menswear brand, opening two new stores in London.
If you have a passion for tailoring and delivering a personalised customer experience, this is a great opportunity to be part of a new store launch.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Delivering strong sales performance and supporting store KPIs
* Advising customers on suits based on occasion, fit and personal style
* Taking accurate measurements and ensuring the perfect fit
* Guiding customers through customisation and made-to-measure options
* Building lasting relationships through exceptional service
* Maintaining strong product knowledge across fabrics, fits and styles
* Leading by example on the shop floor
About You
* Experience in premium menswear retail
* Tailoring experience essential
* Passion for formalwear and fabrics
* Strong attention to detail
* Confident and customer-focused
