with experience with Learning Disabilities & ASD
. We're seeking a dedicated professional to provide care in a Residential Setting in Fareham.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality
care
Be proactive with managing behaviour & de-escalation
Ability to communicate clearly & effectively through verbal & written means.
Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work within a small team
Must be able to maintain a high level of care
Must be trained in PMVA, or Control & restraint
