Mental Health Support Worker – Buckinghamshire Job Type: Ad Hoc / Bank Pay Rate: Up to £20 per hour Shift Length: 7.5 – 12 hours Location: Buckinghamshire The Role We are recruiting on behalf of a specialist service in Buckinghamshire for experienced Mental Health Support Workers to join their bank of staff. This is a flexible role with competitive hourly pay, supporting children and young people with autism and learning disabilities in a mental health setting. You will provide hands-on, person-centred support to children and young people with complex needs, working as part of a wider care team to ensure a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment is maintained at all times. About You You will have: * Experience working within CAMHS (essential) * Experience supporting children with autism and/or learning disabilities (essential) * A full UK driving licence (essential) * A calm, compassionate and resilient approach to care * The ability to adapt to varying shift patterns between 7.5 and 12 hours * Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with young people and wider teams Pay & Hours * Up to £20 per hour * Flexible shifts ranging from 7.5 to 12 hours * Ad hoc/bank basis – we will be in touch weekly based on your availability Interested?
