reliable, compassionate and dedicated Support Workers
to support a client in a residential setting in
Hackney
.
If you’re passionate about providing high-quality care, have a proactive approach to managing behaviour, and want to be part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you!

Hackney
💷
Pay:
£15.00 per hour (PAYE)
🗓️
Shift Pattern:
Saturdays & Sundays, 1pm–6pm
🔄
Working Pattern:
3 weekends on / 3 weekends off
💙 What Will You Be Doing?
Providing high-quality, person-centred care and support.
Proactively managing behaviour and using effective de-escalation techniques.
Communicating clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Building positive relationships and working collaboratively within a small team.
Maintaining consistently high standards of care, dignity and professionalism.

✅ What You’ll Need
The right to work in the UK.
At least
6 months of personal care experience
in a hospital, nursing home or home care setting.
A DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
Basic Life Support and Moving & Handling training.
Two professional references.
