in the Southport area

, for work supporting a client in a Residential Setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality
care

Be proactive with managing behaviour & de-escalation

Ability to communicate clearly & effectively through verbal & written means.

Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work within a small team

Must be able to maintain a high level of care

Must be trained in CPI Safety Intervention Training, or Control & restraint

Requirements:

Right to work in the UK

6+ months of personal care experience
