MEP Manager
The MEP Manager will take responsibility for the coordination, management, and delivery of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of washroom installations. You will play a critical role in ensuring that MEP services are fully integrated with the wider fit-out programme, working closely with design, commercial, and site teams from pre-construction through to handover.
Key Responsibilities of the MEP Manager:
* Manage and coordinate all MEP elements of washroom projects from design through to completion
* Review and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and technical submittals
* Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless integration of services
* Oversee installation quality, ensuring compliance with design, specifications, and regulations
* Identify and resolve design and site coordination issues
* Monitor project progress, programme, and budgets relating to MEP packages
* Ensure all works comply with UK building regulations, health & safety standards, and industry best practice
* Support commissioning, testing, and handover processes
Requirements of the MEP Manager:
* Proven experience as an MEP Manager or similar role within fit-out, construction, or specialist washroom installations
* Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within commercial interiors
* Experience coordinating MEP services in confined or high-spec environments (e.g., washrooms, healthcare, or hospitality)
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Excellent project management and coordination skills
* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
