MEP Manager

Job Title: MEP Manager Location: Hackney, London Project: New Build Hotel Development Project Value: £80 million Duration: 12-month contract About the Role We are seeking an experienced and driven MEP Manager to join a major £80m new build hotel project based in Hackney. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering a high-profile development from installation through to commissioning and handover. Key Responsibilities * Oversee all Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health (MEP) services on site * Manage and coordinate MEP subcontractors to ensure programme deadlines are met * Review and monitor design specifications, drawings, and technical submissions * Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and quality standards * Work closely with the Project Manager and wider construction team * Lead commissioning activities and ensure successful project handover * Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently Requirements * Proven experience as an MEP Manager on large-scale construction projects * Strong background in hotel, residential, or commercial new build developments * Excellent knowledge of MEP systems and installation processes * Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and coordinate complex packages * Strong communication and leadership skills * Relevant qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering What’s on Offer * Competitive salary/package (DOE) * Opportunity to work on a flagship £80m development * 12-month project duration with potential for further opportunities * Dynamic and professional working environment If this role is of interest, please reach out to Charles Howe of Tradeline recruitment via email or phone call for all information
