MEP Quantity Surveyor - Data Centre - Frankfurt

I’m working with a leading international construction contractor that are looking to grow their Commercial Team on a Major Data Centre project in Frankfurt. We are looking for people with prior Data Centre experience who can hit the ground running on site. Key Responsibilities * Prepare detailed cost estimates, project budgets, and financial reports for MEP works * Carry out regular valuations and produce accurate cost and commercial analyses * Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to implement effective cost control strategies * Manage tender processes, procurement, and contract administration * Identify, assess, and manage risks, variations, and change orders * Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and project requirements Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related discipline * Prior Data Centre experience * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a strong MEP focus * Proficiency in cost management tools and Microsoft Office * Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction methodologies * Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills Package * Competitive Basic Salary * Accommodation provided * Living Allowance * Rotation on offer * Bonus
